This film is another Comic made into a movie, and it stays true to the comic in that its continual action. In a future world the government has experimented on a rare and obscure virus seeking to make super soldiers. They succeed but the side effect is that it is super highly contagious, the host needs repetitive blood transfusions and will die within 12 years of infection.
